Our attorneys are frequently retained by insurance companies to represent insured individuals and businesses in lawsuits arising from automobile accidents, premises liability, and other types of general liability issues.

We also assist insurance companies in policy coverage issues by issuing written coverage opinions and advising the insurer as to handling of claims. We defend insurance companies against bad faith claims, and pursue and defend declaratory judgment actions for insurers to determine coverage.

Our attorneys assist insurers in the evaluation of claims, which includes investigation of claims and examinations under oath of insureds. Our office also prosecutes subrogation actions to recover funds from third parties paid by insurance companies.
